Returns Policy: We offer 30 days money back guarantee. Return authorization is required from Bonbin Store for any returned merchandise. Manufacturers warranties do apply to defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturers warranty issues. We cannot accept returns on opened software, cassette tapes, compact discs, videos, any special order merchandise, or discounted items.
Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.
